CAPPO – California Association of Public Procurement Officials, Inc.

CAPPO was formed in 1915 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professional behavior and ethical conduct in public procurement. As the oldest public procurement association in the United States, CAPPO works to provide tools to buyers in the public sector that will help them develop their professional skills for their benefit and the benefit of their agencies.

CAPPO members exchange ideas in an effort to resolve problems affecting California's public agencies by sharing information on technical advances, cost factors, new laws, and sources for products. NASPO ValuePoint – National Association of State Procurement Officials and Explore contracts for California

NASPO ValuePoint is a cooperative purchasing program facilitating public procurement solicitations and agreements using a lead-state model. They are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing State Chief Procurement Officers with the support and procurement resources they need.

MMCAP Infuse – Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy

MMCAP Infuse is a national cooperative group purchasing organization (GPO) for government facilities that provide healthcare services. MMCAP Infuse was established in 1985, is operated by the State of Minnesota, Office of State Procurement, and is self-funded. It has over 13,000 members across all 50 states. Use of MMCAP Infuse is free for our members and purchasing from our contracts is voluntary.

MMCAP Infuse has over 13,000 members across all 50 states. Member facilities, including state agencies, counties, cities and school districts, are responsible for providing healthcare. Public health facilities comprise nearly half of membership, followed by correctional facilities at 20%, educational institutions 10% and mental health facilities 7%.

Not only are Alternative Fuel Vehicles available to California local governmental agencies, but they are also available to state and local government employees at the state contract price, or at other discounted rates.
